I have seen trend of WhatsApp group as well. Some people may be happy to consider work as their life but they should not expect everyone to be alike. I have been asked to create a whatsapp group by someone in onsite team and I dodged the ball because I felt it was intrusive.

But in my next project, one day I saw I was part of Whatsapp work group. It leaves bad taste in my mouth.
